When you visit us, there's not much sitting down going to happen. And this was particularly the case on this weekend and short visit with Steve's brother, his girlfriend, and friend.
Hana's school hosted its first 5k called the Fall Frolic. I had ran a couple of weeks prior with my friend Liz in a local Half Marathon, so I left the running to them so I could volunteer. They did amazing! Hurricane Sandy had left the grounds a little mucky but they all hung in there and finished.

| After dropping our visitors off, we went to enjoy the sun at Reston and do some ice skating.
So be warned, if you come for a visit...you will not be sitting around for long.
But that's a good thing!
